A network to support practitioners to develop a model of self-reflection and establish high quality interactions. Open to all early years practitioners and childminders.
A half termly network which aims to support practitioners to:
- Develop a framework of effective adult teaching strategies.
- Devise a peer review process.
- Develop a process to discuss pedagogical practice and give the colleagues the opportunity to offer feedback as a ‘critical friend’ this follows Gosling’s (2002) peer review model.
- Develop a process of building wider developmental relationships than with a direct line manager or mentor (Kram and Isabella, 1985).
Open to all early years practitioners, teachers and childminders.
