SUMMARY:Professional Support Network: Pedagogy and High Quality Interactions
DESCRIPTION:A network to support practitioners to develop a model of self-reflection and establish high quality interactions.  Open to all early years practitioners and childminders. \n\n\n\n\nA half termly network which aims to support practitioners to: \n\nDevelop a framework of effective adult teaching strategies.\nDevise a peer review process.\nDevelop a process  to discuss pedagogical practice and give the colleagues the opportunity to offer feedback as a ‘critical friend’ this follows Gosling’s (2002) peer review model.\nDevelop a process of building wider developmental relationships than with a direct line manager or mentor (Kram and Isabella\, 1985).\n\n\n\n\nOpen to all early years practitioners\, teachers and childminders.
