Join us for an informative and welcoming session to explore Initial Teacher Training (ITT) with Pen Green Research, Training and Development Base in partnership with the National Institute of Teaching.

At Pen Green, we know that strong teaching starts with strong relationships. Our primary ITT routes are grounded in relational practice, inclusion and a deep understanding of how children learn and develop across the primary years. This session will give you a clear insight into training with us — where theory and classroom practice come together in meaningful, practical ways.

Our Primary Initial Teacher Training routes

We offer flexible pathways into primary teaching:

✔ Primary (3–7) Teacher Apprenticeship
✔ Primary (5–11) PGCE and Teacher Apprenticeship
✔ SEND Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship

Each route is designed to support you to become a confident, reflective primary teacher, ready to make a difference in the classroom from day one.
