Designed for early years practitioners, managers, and leaders, this training equips participants with the tools to create a reflective, nurturing, and accountable supervision culture.
In this course you will develop your understanding of the purpose of reflective supervision and coaching of professional practice and develop your skills as a supervisor, coach and mentor. Throughout the day we will be exploring theories to support this.
