This network aims to support early years practitioners to provide effective supervision of staff who have contact with children and families.
A half termly network which aims to:
- Explore the mechanisms of supervision.
- Discuss different structures of supervision.
- Consider coaching mechanisms within supervision.
- Reflect on supervision sessions.
- Process some of the exchanges that can happen within supervision.
Open to all early years practitioners, teachers and childminders.
