Relationships in the Early Years Network

Following the success of our last session, we are delighted to welcome Suzanne Zeedyk back for a deeper dive into relational dynamics.

Building on the previous conversation, this session will explore how relationships shape emotional regulation, resilience, and wellbeing across early childhood and beyond. Suzanne will invite participants to think more closely about connection, rupture and repair, and the everyday relational rhythms that underpin learning, behaviour, and emotional safety.

The session will combine accessible theory, real-world examples, and reflective space, supporting practitioners to make links between research and practice in early years settings, families, and wider systems.

This session is suitable for early years practitioners, leaders, educators, and anyone interested in relational approaches to supporting children and adults.
