This network offers the opportunity for leaders across the early years sector to be able to share ideas and examples of best practice.

Experts in the field of leadership will be available to facilitate discussions and opportunities for development such as;

• How do leaders ensure they have the skills and knowledge to successfully lead their settings?
• How do leaders retain their staff and support their wellbeing?
• How do leaders ensure they are able to make changes to improve the practice, provision and opportunities within their settings?
