Join us for an informative and welcoming session to explore apprenticeship opportunities with Pen Green Research, Training and Development Base. Whether you are new to the sector or looking to deepen your expertise, our apprenticeships are designed to support you to grow, reflect and thrive in your role.
At Pen Green, we believe that high-quality early years practice begins with strong relationships, reflective thinking and a deep understanding of how children learn and develop. Our apprenticeship programmes are grounded in real practice, enabling you to study while you work and apply your learning in meaningful ways from day one.
Apprenticeship pathways available:
✔ Level 3 Early Years Educator

What to expect from the session:
- An overview of both apprenticeship pathways
- Insight into how the programmes are delivered (flexible, work-based learning)

- Opportunities to ask questions and explore your next steps
