What time are the groups on?

How can I apply for a place at the Nursery or Baby Nest/Couthie?
 
To apply for a place in either the Nursery or the Baby Nest/Couthie, please complete our Application Form
You are welcome to come and look around the provisions, just ask at reception to book a time.
 
Please note that completion of an application form does not guarantee a place. 
Once your form is received you will be sent an acknowledgement and you will then be added to our waiting list. 
 
When spaces become available the final decision as to whether to offer you a place will be made by either our Head of Nursery, or Head of Baby Nest and Couthie.
 
How old does my child have to be to use the Baby Nest and Couthie?
 
The Baby Nest and Couthie take children who are between the ages of 9 months and 3 years.
 
How old does my child have to be to use the Nursery?
 
The Nursery takes children who are between the ages of 2 yrs and 5 yrs.
 
How do I get a job at Pen Green?

To volunteer to assist with groups running at the centre please contact Lorna Hendry on 01536 400068.
 
We also take on Community Service Volunteers through CSV, which is a national volunteering and training charity.  If you would like to find out more information please visit to their website www.csv.org.uk
 
How do I go about arranging for a Family Visitor or Health Visitor to visit me at home?
 
Please contact 01536 400068 and will be able to arrange a referral for you.
 
Does Pen Green have rooms that I can use?
 
We do allow external use of some of our rooms, however there is usually limited availability.

How do I apply for a place at After School Club or Playscheme and when do they run?
 
After School Club is for children between 4 and 11yrs and runs between 3pm and 6pm in term time.
 
Holiday Playscheme is for children between 4 and 11yrs and runs in line with mainstream school holidays.
