Venue and facilities hire

 
The Pen Green Research Base is a purpose built training and development centre.
 
Located in Corby, Northamptonshire, the venue is easily accessible by rail or road, and is just one hour from London and Birmingham.
 
The rooms and facilities at Pen Green are available to hire for a range of meetings and events, 7 days a week during most weeks of the year.
Facilities include:
 
  • 200 seat lecture theatre with purpose built data projector system and roaming mics (this can be set in a conference style with tiered seating or for workshops and seminars with round tables and chairs)
  • Seminar and meeting room with purpose built data projector system (can accommodate up to 30 delegates)
  • Computer suite
  • Academic library
  • Community Cafe
  • WiFi connection
  • Technology resources
 
Our onsite cafe can provide refreshments, snacks and home cooked meals.


Price list

 
Standard room hire prices:
 
  • Lecture Theatre: £300 per day
  • Seminar Room: £150 per day

Additional services


We can also provide a range of additional services to support your event including:
 
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits - £2 per delegate
  • Pastries upon arrival - £1 per delegate
  • Lunch (sandwiches/cooked lunch/buffet lunch) – prices available upon request
  • Arrange for flowers, newspapers etc to be delivered to the centre – prices available upon request
