'Fitting not Flitting' Schema training
This 2 day professional development opportunity enables you to explore your own practice and beliefs about schema theory and apply theory to practice. Participants will analyse video, photographic and written evidence to deepen their understanding of schema. They will learn how to use schemas in analysing children's deep cognitive and emotional interests and how to plan for their learning. |

This 2 day programme enables participants to reflect upon how and why they notice, recognise and respond to what children do. Using the frameworks for analysis and video reflection techniques used by Pen Green Nursery staff, participants explore how to determine what is significant in a child’s experience and how to support and document deep level learning. |
